Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Policy
- All single service appointments must be cancelled from 24 hours prior to the date and time of appointment.
- Packages/Couples Packages must be canceled 48 hours prior to the date and time of appointment
- Cancellation must occur before the time frames listed above to avoid cancellation fees and refund your deposit.
- Value packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a minimum of 24 hours notice in respect of all spa packages is provided to cancel your appointment booking.
- Please note that this price does not include tips and travel fees in the case of Home/Hotel services.
